WHAT can be returned?
We will accept items for return or exchange that have been supplied incorrectly, are faulty or do not fit.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase

SHIPPING for returns?
Customers are required to pay the costs of returning an item for exchange. 

CREDIT for returns?
We will issue a credit where an item has been supplied incorrectly and a replacement is not available.

Packing materials?
All items returned must be in their original pagkaging or wrapping and have all lables and tags attached. Items must be un-used and in as new condition.
