Rawlings Heart Of The Hide 11.75 Inch Baseball Glove | PROR205-1PE
The Rawlings Heart of the Hide PROR205-1PE 11.75" Baseball Glove is a premium infield glove designed for players who want a little extra reach and pocket depth without sacrificing the control needed to make quick plays around the diamond.
Built on Rawlings' popular 205 pattern, the 11.75 inch size provides a great balance between reach, pocket depth and glove control. The slightly larger pattern makes it particularly well suited to shortstop and third base, where the extra reach can help on backhands, hard-hit ground balls and plays to either side.
The Single Post Web provides a strong, stable pocket while maintaining the open feel preferred by many infielders. Combined with the 205 pattern, it creates a dependable pocket that helps secure the baseball while still allowing clean, quick transfers.
Constructed from Rawlings' renowned Heart of the Hide steerhide leather, the PROR205-1PE offers the durability, structure and premium feel that has made Heart of the Hide one of the most recognised glove ranges in baseball.
Heart of the Hide leather starts firm and gradually forms around the player's hand during the break-in process. This allows the player to develop the pocket and closing characteristics to suit their individual fielding style.
Premium internal materials and pro-grade leather laces complete a glove designed to handle regular high-level play while maintaining its shape and structure season after season.

Who Should Use the PROR205-1PE?
The PROR205-1PE is an excellent choice for infielders who prefer a little more glove than a traditional 11.5 inch model.
The 11.75 inch 205 pattern is particularly well suited to shortstop and third base. The additional length provides extra reach on backhands and hard-hit balls while remaining manageable enough for quick transfers and throws across the diamond.
Third basemen will appreciate the additional pocket depth when handling hard-hit balls at the hot corner, while shortstops who prefer a slightly larger glove can benefit from the extra reach without moving to an oversized pattern.
Players who primarily play second base and prioritise the fastest possible transfers may prefer an 11.5 inch glove, while players looking for a versatile infield glove with additional reach should find the 11.75 inch 205 pattern an excellent option.
